Role Description The Senior Director at Masking Aid is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for guiding the company’s strategic direction, operations, and growth. This role oversees key business functions, including client relationship management, service delivery, and process optimization for the image editing portfolio. The Senior Director will lead cross-functional teams, set performance goals, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies, managing budgets and forecasts, and identifying new market opportunities and service offerings. The role will also involve building and mentoring leadership talent, implementing scalable workflows, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven senior leadership experience overseeing operations, strategy, or business units, ideally in digital media, creative services, or related industries.
- Strong background in business planning, budgeting, and financial management, with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive data-informed decisions.
- Demonstrated success in client relationship management, account growth, and building long-term strategic partnerships.
- Experience leading distributed or remote teams, with skills in performance management, coaching, and developing emerging leaders.
- Understanding of image editing workflows, digital asset production, or post-production processes (e.g., photo retouching, color correction) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones.
- Strong project and program management capabilities, including prioritization, resource planning, and process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
- Comfort with digital collaboration tools and analytics platforms; experience in scaling service operations is an advantage.
