We at Amber Markets are hiring a Senior Customer Service Specialist with strong experience in the Forex industry to join our Dubai office (on-site). This role focuses on supporting a primarily Indian client base and requires strong cultural and linguistic familiarity.

Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Service Specialist to join our team on-site in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Forex industry and a deep understanding of client support in a trading environment, particularly for Indian clients and their market expectations.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat, while providing accurate support on trading accounts, MT5 platform usage, and financial transactions such as deposits and withdrawals. You will handle and resolve complex or escalated client issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring high customer satisfaction at all times. You will also work closely with the Sales, Compliance, and Finance teams to deliver seamless service and help improve customer support processes and the overall client experience.

Qualifications

  •  2+ years of experience in Customer Service within Forex / Financial Services
  • Good understanding of Forex operations and trading platforms (MT5 preferred)
  • Familiar with Compliance processes (KYC, AML)
  • Experience handling payments (deposits & withdrawals) and related client queries
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems for client management
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English (Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
  • Experience supporting Indian clients or the market is a strong advantage
  • Available to work on-site in Dubai, UAE
