Job Purpose

Support the implementation and oversight of the company’s compliance framework by ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies, and by fostering a strong culture of ethics, integrity, and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of the annual Compliance Program Plan and coordinate the planning and execution of annual compliance activities.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the organization, supporting the timely update and implementation of internal policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Maintain and enhance the Compliance Universe and Compliance Risk Registers, ensuring compliance obligations, risks, and controls are accurately identified and documented.
  • Conduct compliance assessments of business activities and operational practices as part of the annual Compliance Program, evaluating adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies, and ensuring timely corrective or preventive actions are implemented.
  • Support internal compliance reviews and investigations, including whistleblowing matters, and follow up on remediation actions to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Prepare periodic compliance reports, dashboards, and management updates for senior leadership and relevant committees.
  • Deliver compliance awareness initiatives and training to promote a strong culture of ethics, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide advisory support to business units on compliance-related matters, including conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, and Code of Conduct issues.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the compliance framework, including policies, procedures, and internal controls across the organization.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Saudi Nationality
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in compliance, governance, audit, or related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Risk Management, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of compliance principles and policy implementation.
