🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Commercial Manager (Poultry Feed & animal Supplements)
We are a growing Poultry Feed & Veterinary Supplements Company looking for a results-driven Senior Commercial Manager to lead our pricing, margin, distribution, and commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead commercial strategy, pricing & margin management for poultry feed & supplements
Manage dealer, distributor & key farm customer agreements
Drive revenue growth while protecting profitability (P&L ownership)
Work closely with Sales, Finance & Production teams
Monitor market trends, raw material cost impact & commercial risks
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Commercial / Sales leadership roles
Strong background in pricing, margin & distribution management
Experience in Poultry, Animal Feed, Agri-business or FMCG preferred
Excellent negotiation, analytical & leadership skills
Location: MICT Park, Hlaing Township
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Off: Sat + Sunday & Public Holidays
Salary Package: Negotiable
