We're now seeking a Senior Client Service Officer – Corporate Service to delivers timely to our Legal client. To support, resolves issues, coordinates with internal teams, manages onboarding and client data, and identifies upsell opportunities.

Salary: THB 30,000 – 35,000 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding inquires raised.
  • Identify and diagnose client requirements and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant team member for further assistance. Take ownership of customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements and deadlines.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and timely resolution of client issues.
  • Record meeting notes and maintain accurate client data.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell relevant services and solutions that align with client needs, contributing to revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Law, Business Administrative or related.
  • Strong experience in client dealing role, preferred with background on corporate work on company registration matter, corporate secretarial company., and BOI (optional)
  • Excellent English and Thai communication skills (Business level)
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively, especially with MNC and BOI(Optional) companies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Client-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Pleasant personality and high level of integrity and professionalism.
