💡 What You’ll Be Driving
This role is centered on transforming lending operations through a multi-year automation and digitalization roadmap. You’ll act as a strategic operations consultant / BA, partnering with senior leadership and SMEs to:
- Analyze current-state operational processes and design optimized future-state workflows
- Drive process simplification, straight-through processing, and data integrity improvements
- Support the rollout of year 1 transformation initiatives and help shape the roadmap for future phases
- Translate business needs into actionable plans for technology teams (AI, automation, RPA)
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across operations, strategy, and delivery teams
🛠️ What You Bring
- Strong background in operations-focused business analysis / process consulting
- Proven experience with Lean methodologies (Green Belt preferred)
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Process mapping (current vs future state)
- Business cases, project charters, and cost-benefit analysis
- KPI development and performance tracking
- Change management (stakeholder analysis, comms, training plans)
- Experience within banking / commercial lending environments
- Ability to influence stakeholders up to the VP / Managing Director level
