About Your New Job
- As a Senior Business Analyst in the Workplace Investing Customer Solutions Chapter (WI NetBenefits Mobile and Emerging team), you will collaborate with an Agile squad to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
- You will identify and document business requirements, analyze data, design workflows, and recommend process improvements.
- You will manage Agile ceremonies (daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives), define epics/user stories, and ensure end-to-end Business Acceptance Testing.
- You will actively liaise between stakeholders and your cross-functional team, address issues promptly, and manage dependencies across multiple projects.
- Responsibility includes mentoring peers, driving strong communication, and supporting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
What Skills You Need
- 5–7 years of relevant, transferable experience in business analysis.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and relevant tools (Jira, Confluence, Mural, etc.).
- Strong capabilities in workflow/process design, data analysis and visualization, and impact analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
