About Position:

- Mandatory Mention: BFSI, Capital Markets experience
What You'll Do:
- Market Data Analysis: Utilize tools like Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or Excel to interpret real-time market data.
- Trade Lifecycle Mapping: Optimize data and process flows, troubleshoot gaps, and manage regulatory projects.
- Risk Reporting: Support risk reporting and derivatives accounting strategies.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for digital initiatives.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations and convert regulatory requirements into useful reports.
- These roles require strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial instruments and market dynamics.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 7 years of experience as Business Analyst
- Bachelors in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- Requirements elicitation, user stories, acceptance criteria, process modeling.
- Test strategy, planning, functional & integration testing, automation frameworks.
- Agile/Scrum, backlog management, sprint ceremonies.
