He/She will support the preparation, validation, and analysis of consolidated financial and management reporting across the Group.
You will work closely with finance team responsible for multiple countries, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial data while contributing to the delivery of high-quality consolidated reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working with complex financial data, consolidation processes, and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Consolidation & Reporting
- Review, and validate reporting packages from Group entities.
- Perform financial data consolidation and ensure accurate aggregation of results.
- Prepare and post consolidation adjustments, reclassifications, and corrections.
- Execute intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
- Investigate and resolve consolidation differences in collaboration with local finance teams.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc consolidated reports.
Analysis & Data Quality
- Perform analytical reviews of consolidated results and identify key variances and trends.
- Support the preparation of management reporting, commentaries, and reporting insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with reporting requirements.4
Controls & Continuous Improvement
- Support internal controls and governance activities related to consolidation and reporting.
- Prepare documentation and supporting materials for internal and external audits.
- Contribute to process standardization, automation, and reporting improvements.
- Support knowledge sharing and process documentation within the team.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in Financial Reporting, Record-to-Report (RTR), Consolidation, or a similar finance role.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Exposure to consolidation processes and IFRS is considered an advantage.
- Experience working in a multi-entity or international environment.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP, reporting, or consolidation systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different countries and functions.
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
