FourFound is seeking a Senior Associate to support the execution of leveraged finance, acquisition finance, rating advisory, and structured finance transactions. This role offers exposure across sponsor-backed financings, M&A transactions, high-yield bonds, and digital infrastructure financings.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute LBOs, acquisition financings, high-yield bond issuances, and structured finance transactions
- Build financial models, credit analyses, and transaction materials
- Support due diligence, transaction structuring, and execution processes
- Prepare credit recommendations and investment committee material
- Work closely with clients, investors, sponsors, and internal stakeholders
- Mentor analysts and review junior team outpu

Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in Leveraged Finance, Acquisition Finance, Structured Finance, or Investment Banking

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
