Job Description:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, the role focuses on delivering accurate performance measurement, attribution, and analytical insights for the Global Credit (GC) portfolio.
The Senior Analyst will own end‑to‑end performance reporting, validate security‑level results, resolve data issues across systems, and provide meaningful analysis that explains portfolio drivers—not just produce reports. The position requires strong collaboration with Technology, Operations, Capital Markets, Risk, and Finance teams, while contributing to the group’s shift toward digitized, scalable reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver accurate performance reporting for the Global Credit program.
Validate daily security‑level performance and ensure proper aggregation.
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across systems.
Provide analytical insights on return drivers and portfolio positioning.
Support digitized reporting and dashboard development.
Collaborate with internal partners across Capital Markets, Risk, and Finance.
Monitor macro trends and assess their impact on credit performance.
Contribute to team projects, innovation efforts, and culture‑building.

Job Requirements:
Strong analytical mindset, capable of handling large data sets and performing insightful, complex analysis, with advanced Excel skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn and improve.
A track record of driving process improvements that enhance efficiency and add value.
Strong team player with a positive attitude, willingness to help colleagues and “go the extra mile.”
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
5+ years experience in financial analysis, investment reporting, or a related role, ideally with exposure to institutional performance and risk measurement.
A bachelor’s degree in business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Progress toward or completion of the CFA or CIPM designation is preferred;
CPA is also a strong asset.
Proficient in building systematic data solutions, including use of SQL.
Skilled in developing dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI.
Familiarity with Bloomberg PORT is considered an asset.
An understanding of investment products including bonds, public credit, private credit, equities, derivatives, and alternative investments.
Familiarity with financial reporting and performance metrics.
