ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are looking for a Senor Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst for our Corporate FP&A team. This position supports the Senior Manager of FP&A on financial planning, forecasting, reporting and all other collateral financial requirements necessary to support our business. This is a highly visible position in the succession pipeline for top finance leadership. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate across functions, help drive process improvement initiatives with accurate financial planning, analysis and reporting. As the Senior Analyst, Finance you will:
Prepare the analysis and reviews monthly results, quarterly rolling forecasts and annual financial plans and helps prepare summary information for the management team and Board of Directors. Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
Manages the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process, including analyzing actual results against budget/ forecast and prior period results.
Work closely with Accounting team on the drilling down analysis to make sure actual in line with budget.
Support Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis.
Ad-hoc business performance reporting.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or related area.
3+ years of related experience.
Strong understanding of business, accounting, tax and financial matters.
Aptitude and experience using MS Office suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience with financial consolidation and reporting tools such as OneStream or Hyperion is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
