As a Senior Accounts Executive at Soul Coffee Group, you will oversee the financial operations of our company. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial management, cost efficiency, and compliance while providing valuable insights to support strategic decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
- Oversee product costing, margin management, and cost control across all operations.
- Manage inventory valuation, stock reconciliations, and wastage controls across all product lines.
- Manage working capital, cash flow, and banking relationships to ensure financial health.
- Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and SLFRS.
- Deliver accurate management accounts and board-level financial reporting on time.
- Drive ERP adoption and continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional qualifications (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CA) are highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of finance experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
