Flexible, hybrid schedule
Responsibilities *
Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes for multiple projects
Support financial planning processes including budgeting and forecasting.
Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and treasury functions.
Contribute to processing monthly development packages and related financial tasks.
Assist with developing and ensuring adherence to internal accounting and finance policies.
Prepare timely financial reports for external stakeholders, such as lenders and investors.
Collaborate with audit, tax, legal, IT, and HR service providers.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
CPA license preferred
2-3+ years of experience in public accounting or relevant industry (construction, real estate development, etc.)
