We are a growing $20M company seeking an accounting supervisor who wants more than a traditional accounting role. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the owner, lead all accounting functions, and play a key role in shaping the financial and operational success of the business.

What You’ll Do
Participate in the day-to-day accounting operations (GL, month-end close, financial reporting)
Prepare and analyze financial statements and provide actionable insights
Work directly with the owner on financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting
Develop and improve processes, controls, and reporting tools
Support operational decision-making across the business
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and key financial metrics
Serve as the go-to finance leader across the organization
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
2–4 years of accounting experience (public accounting a plus)
Strong understanding of financial statements and business operations
Self-starter who thrives in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment
Ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
Desire to grow with a company and take on increasing responsibility
