What You’ll Lead & Support
- Support Accounts Receivable with time & materials billing, reviewing job costs for international projects to ensure accuracy, profitability, and contract compliance.
- Manage intercompany transactions across multiple global entities, ensuring timely eliminations and accurate reporting.
- Oversee foreign currency translations and manage online banking, wires, and ACH payments across international accounts.
- Drive month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals for multiple entities.
- Mentor and train staff accountants, strengthening the team’s technical skills and professional growth.
- Support the annual audit process, preparing schedules and working closely with external auditors.
What Makes You a Fit
You’re detail-oriented but business-minded. You understand that strong accounting isn’t just about compliance — it’s about enabling smart decisions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (required)
- 4-6 years of accounting and strong multi-entity accounting experience
- Knowledge of foreign currency accounting and international transactions
- Experience in project-based, engineering, or construction environments (preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using Deltek Vantagepoint
- Leadership capability and a collaborative mindset
