Role Summary

ARM Investments (Sugarland Petroleum Group) is seeking a Sales Lead – Investor Relations & Capital Raising to drive fundraising and investor engagement across its private equity, real asset, EB-5, and structured investment platforms.

This is a boots-on-the-ground, revenue-focused sales role requiring active investor outreach, in-person relationship building, and hands-on execution. The Sales Lead will be responsible for originating capital, managing investor relationships, organizing investor events, and supporting investor-facing communications and content.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Raising & Sales Execution

  • Lead capital raising initiatives across ARM Investments’ investment platforms
  • Actively source, engage, and convert high-net-worth and institutional investors
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and pitching to commitment and closing
  • Build and maintain a robust investor pipeline capable of delivering $50M+ in capital commitments

Investor Relationship Management

  • Leverage and expand an established network of HNWI, UHNWI, family offices, and private investors
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for investors before and after investment
  • Maintain long-term relationships to enable repeat and follow-on investments

Field-Based Engagement & Events

  • Operate as a boots-on-the-ground sales leader with frequent in-person meetings
  • Organize, host, and participate in investor events, roadshows, presentations, and private meetings
  • Represent ARM Investments at conferences, forums, and networking events

Communication & Marketing Support

  • Deliver clear and compelling verbal presentations of investment opportunities
  • Prepare and review written investor communications, pitch materials, and updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams to update and maintain website content related to active offerings and firm positioning

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with investment, legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure effective execution of capital raising initiatives
  • Provide investor feedback, market insights, and sales intelligence to senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in fundraising, private equity, EB-5 or alternative investments preferred
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree (MBA) or certifications like CFRE (Certified Fund-Raising Executive) are highly preferred
  • Skills: Expertise in CRM platforms (LinkedIn Sales Force, Hub Spot, etc.) strong financial modeling, and a proven track record of closing six- or seven-figure deals
  • Strong existing network of HNWIs, UHNWIs, family offices, or institutional investors
  • Demonstrated ability to independently source and close private capital
  • Comfort with frequent travel and in-person engagement
  • Organized, self-driven, and results-oriented sales mindset

Performance Expectations

  • Achieve $50M+ in capital commitments
  • Develop a sustainable pipeline of repeat investors
  • Enhance ARM Investments’ visibility and credibility within the investor community

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: USD 80,000 – USD 120,000 (Negotiable based on experience & track record)
  • Performance-Based Incentives / Commission: Depending on the raise amount, the commission has the potential to scale into the six- to seven-figure range
