Eurolink Ltd T/A Finest Foods is a fast-growing food wholesale company supplying high-quality frozen and ambient products to the UK food service and wholesale sector. As we continue to scale, we are building a strong internal team to support growth across sales, operations, and finance.
We are now looking to recruit a Sales & Finance Administrator, a hands-on, extremely organised all-rounder who will play a key role across finance administration, credit control, sales support, and prospecting.
Role Description
This is a multi-functional role combining finance administration, sales support, and proactive outbound sales activity.
You will sit at the centre of the business on an exciting growth journey, helping to:
- Maintain cashflow and financial accuracy
- Support customers and day-to-day operations
- Actively contribute to new business generation through prospect calling
This role is ideal for someone who is:

Key Responsibilities
1. Finance Administration
- Process supplier bills in QuickBooks
- Raise and issue customer invoices
- Maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets
- Reconcile supplier statements and customer accounts
- Maintain organised finance systems and trackers
2. Credit Control & Cashflow
- Monitor customer accounts and outstanding balances
- Proactively chase overdue payments via phone and email
- Send payment reminders and follow-ups
- Log all credit control activity accurately
- Maintain clear records of customer payment status
- Escalate high-risk or overdue accounts where required
3. Sales Administration & Customer Support
- Act as a key point of contact for customers and suppliers
- Manage incoming enquiries, orders, and deliveries
- Liaise with logistics partners to ensure smooth fulfilment
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team and directors
4. Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential B2B customers
- Conduct outbound prospect calls to introduce Finest Foods
- Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
- Follow up on leads via phone and email
- Maintain accurate records of prospect activity
- Support growth by consistently generating new opportunities
5. Systems, Marketing & Process Support
- Work within QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft 365
- Support email campaigns and basic marketing coordination
- Assist in maintaining structured internal processes
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism across all activities
Skills & Experience Required
Essential Minimum 2 years’ experience in
- Finance admin / accounts admin / credit control OR
- Sales admin / office admin with strong numerical exposure
- Experience using QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
- Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills
- Confident telephone manner (essential for both credit control and sales calls)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional communication skills (phone and email)
Highly Desirable
- Experience in wholesale, distribution, or food service
- Experience in SME environments
- Exposure to both finance and sales functions
