The Chief Risk Officer function plays a central role in safeguarding the bank’s stability and supporting sustainable business growth. As part of second line of defence, we provide independent oversight and trusted challenge, to ensure that risks are well understood, transparently managed, and aligned with the bank’s risk appetite and regulatory expectations.
We are now looking for a Risk officer or Senior Risk Officer – Independent Validation to strengthen our capabilities in the area of risk data aggregation and reporting (RDARR / BCBS 239). In this role you will provide independent validation and challenge over the quality, integrity, and reliability of risk data and reporting. You will contribute to a key regulatory priority area, enhancing data-driven decision-making and strengthening trust in risk information across the Baltics.

Two levels of this role are offered: Risk Officer and Senior Risk Officer. The final role and salary offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
