We are currently seeking for enthusiastic and self – driven professional
to support financial institutions in the design and implementation of
RDARR (BCBS 239) frameworks
, including data governance, data
quality and data architecture
to become part of our rapidly growing
Financial Risk Management team in our offices in Athens.

Our Financial Risk Management (FRM) practice constitutes the fastest
growing team in the local market with a proven track record of delivering large
scale engagements across the industry during the recent past. Our practice
forms part of Deloitte’s North South Europe (NSE) “One_FRM” initiative which
brings together risk professionals from the UK, Italy, the Netherlands,
Belgium, the Nordics, Switzerland, Ireland and Greece into one single team thus
representing an excellent opportunity to join forces and fulfil the core
principle of Deloitte to act “as one” at European level with the aim to
continue offering “state of the art” and value-adding propositions to our
clients and solve “real world” problems faced by Financial Institutions in

Deloitte is a leading provider of Financial Risk Management Advisory
services and thus offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and
clients that are leaders in the industry.

Our projects vary and your responsibilities will differ based on the
focus of the client engagement and needs. The role focuses on enabling banks
to strengthen risk data aggregation and reporting capabilities in
line with regulatory expectations and best practices.

Lead and support RDARR / BCBS 239
implementation programs

·      
Design and implement data governance
frameworks
, including:

o   data ownership
and stewardship models

o   data policies
and standards

o   data
dictionaries and business glossaries

·      
Define and operationalize data quality
frameworks
, including:

o   data quality
indicators and controls

o   key risk
indicators (KRIs) and thresholds

·      
Support identification and management of
Critical Data Elements (CDEs)

·      
Design and document data lineage (end-to-end)

·      
Contribute to data architecture design,
including:

o   data flows
across systems

o   alignment with
data warehouses and data lakes

·      
Work with data governance and business teams to
implement data management tools

#WinningRequirements

We are specifically seeking professionals who possess both technical and
business skills, can clearly articulate the outcomes and value of their work,
and can demonstrate the following:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in consulting
    (Big4 preferred)
     or financial institutions, with strong
    background in banking and risk management projects
  • Proven track record in
    delivering large-scale data programs
  • Familiarity with regulatory
    reporting and supervisory expectations
  • Experience
    in RDARR / BCBS 239 frameworks
  • Proven
    experience in data governance and data quality management
  • Experience
    in data lineage and metadata management
  • Hands-on experience with data
    governance tools
    , such as:

o   Collibra Data
Intelligence Platform

o   Adaptive
Metadata Management (AMM) tools

o   Other metadata
/ data catalog solutions

  • Understanding of data
    architecture concepts
     
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Ability to lead teams and manage
    complex projects
  • Strong communication and
    documentation skills
