Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the underwriting team
• Build and maintain broker and partner relationships

Requirements:
• 3-5 years mortgage underwriting experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication abilities in high-pressure situations
