Role Overview: Seeking an experienced Reporting Analyst to support regulatory refiling, documentation, and compliance reporting within a banking environment. This role focuses on preparing A2 and AS non-mortgage loan reports, maintaining regulatory process documentation, and ensuring alignment with OSFI, Statistics Canada, and Bank of Canada requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and support A2 and AS non-mortgage loan regulatory filings for OSFI and Statistics Canada
• Assist with additional regulatory reporting requests from leadership teams
• Develop, maintain, and enhance procedural documentation for reporting workflows
• Review and update existing process documentation to reflect regulatory or operational changes
• Partner with internal teams to gather requirements, validate reporting processes, and improve workflow accuracy
• Ensure documentation meets internal governance, version control, and regulatory compliance standards
Required Skills & Experience:
• Advanced Excel expertise (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis) – mandatory
• Strong MS Word/documentation skills
• 3+ years of regulatory reporting or compliance experience in banking/financial services
• Knowledge of OSFI, Bank of Canada, and Statistics Canada reporting requirements (P3, M4, Z4, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Nice to Have: CPA, CMA, CA, CGA, CFA, or related accounting/finance designation
