About the Role
We’re looking for high-conviction, entrepreneurial investors to join Iron Key Capital as Venture Partners. This is more than a title—it’s an opportunity to actively shape the future of the decentralized internet and earn equity in both our venture and investment club vehicles.
Whether you’re a Web3 founder, experienced operator, angel investor, or VC breaking into the space, this role provides access to proprietary deal flow, a powerful ecosystem, and real influence.
Your Responsibilities
Source Deals: Tap your network and scout pre-seed/seed Web3 or AI startups.
Lead Diligence: Evaluate teams, token models, traction, and tech. Present to the Investment Committee.
Support Founders: Offer strategic guidance, token design input, GTM advice, and hiring support.
Shape Strategy: Vote as an IC member on deals and fund direction.
Build Community: Share insights, co-investment ideas, and mentor rising talent.

Ideal Candidate
3–10+ years in VC, crypto, product, or startup operations
