Relationship Manager – Corporate & SME Finance
We are looking for a driven and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the Corporate & SME Finance sector.
This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in client relationship management, portfolio growth, sales, and financial analysis, who is passionate about building long-term client partnerships and delivering tailored financing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with Corporate & SME clients
- Originate quality business opportunities and grow the financing portfolio
- Understand clients’ financial needs and structure suitable financing solutions
- Conduct financial analysis and assess clients’ creditworthiness
- Review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient turnaround and execution
- Maintain portfolio quality and monitor client performance
- Support the achievement of business and sales objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Corporate & SME Finance
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in relationship management, sales, and portfolio development
- Strong financial analysis and credit evaluation capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and customer-oriented mindset
