Job Description
- Act as the ShopeeFood representative responsible for maintaining relationships with merchants.
- Responsible for maintaining merchant performance by offering participation in campaigns and other ShopeeFood services through online channels (Email, WhatsApp blast, and telephone).
- Responsible for educating merchants about the importance of store quality and operations on ShopeeFood to help them gain more sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales and Account Management.
- Target-oriented.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in using Excel.
- Experience working in a dynamic environment.
- Experience or interest in E-wallet platforms, food delivery, and e-commerce business.
- Able to work well in a team.
