🚀 We’re hiring a Regulatory Reporting Specialist
Who We're Looking For:
We are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join a dynamic Finance team responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and compliant regulatory and financial reporting.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly regulated financial environment, collaborating with Finance, Accounting and Risk teams while contributing to key regulatory reporting processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
✅ Professional Experience & Technical Skills:
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports accurately and within established deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory reporting requirements.
- Perform controls and reconciliations to validate the accuracy and consistency of reported data.
- Act as the main point of contact with regulatory authorities regarding submitted reports.
- Support the preparation of annual financial statements for legal entities and special purpose vehicles (SPVs).
- Participate in the monthly financial closing process.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Finance and other business teams to ensure data consistency across reporting processes.
- Maintain reporting procedures, documentation and control frameworks.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and contribute to automation and transformation initiatives.
- Monitor reporting issues and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
✅ SoftSkills:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Previous experience in Regulatory Reporting, Financial Reporting, Accounting or Financial Control within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting principles.
- Good understanding of Tax principles.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Professional accounting certification (e.g. Chartered Accountant or equivalent) is considered an advantage.
