AHEAD HUMAN RESOURCES, INC. /A. N. ROTH COMPANY is assisting us (the newly formed Astrix Capita) in recruiting senior management talent. Astrix Capita is a private equity firm co-founded with Hillhouse Capital. Although Hillhouse Capital is one of our investors, they are not involved in our day-to-day management operations. The primary focus of our company is to provide clients with cryptocurrency trading strategies, followed by providing educational resources and knowledge about cryptocurrencies.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Vice President. The Regional Vice President will oversee business operations, drive revenue targets, and manage client relationships within an assigned region. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans, leading regional teams, enhancing organizational processes, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities and maintaining operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management experience with a focus on achieving strategic goals
- Expertise in business development, revenue planning, and client relationship management
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in business strategy, financial analysis, and operational oversight
- Ability to adapt to a remote working environment while managing regional teams effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in the human resources or staffing industry is a strong advantage
