Regional Vice President – Orlando or Tampa, FL
Our client is a well-established, full-service property management company with a growing national footprint. Known for operational excellence and a people-first culture, they are committed to delivering exceptional experiences for both residents and employees.
We are seeking a Regional Vice President to lead operations across the Orlando or Tampa market. This executive will hold full P&L responsibility, oversee regional teams, and support the integration of newly acquired properties as the portfolio continues to grow. 10+ years of multi-site apartment management experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive financial performance across the portfolio, including budgeting, expense management, and revenue forecasting
- Lead, mentor, and develop regional managers and on-site teams
- Analyze market trends, occupancy, and competitive pricing to optimize rents, renewals, and leasing strategies
- Design and execute strategic initiatives to maximize property performance
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
- Conduct regular site visits and provide hands-on coaching
- Participate in investor/ownership meetings and agency inspections
- Support new property acquisitions and portfolio transitions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, and/or 10+ years of multifamily experience
- Property Management Certification (regional or multi-property level)
- Strong financial acumen — ability to analyze P&L statements and reports
- Strategic mindset with excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
