Tesla is accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy. We are looking for a driven and experienced supply chain leader to own the Service Supply Chain operations across LATAM (Mexico and South America).
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing parts operations in all Tesla Service and Collision Centers across the region. Currently a small but critical team, this function is expected to grow significantly as we expand our service footprint across multiple countries in LATAM.
You will own end-to-end Service Supply Chain operations in the region while ensuring strong continuity and best-practice alignment with global and other regional teams.
What You'll Do
Lead and scale the Service Supply Chain function for all LATAM Service and Collision Centers, including management of parts departments, inventory, and distribution
Own relationships and performance of current 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) providers in the region, driving continuous improvement in cost, service levels, and reliability
Develop and implement tailored supply chain strategies to support rapid growth across Mexico and South America, navigating local market dynamics, regulations, and infrastructure challenges
Build and lead a high-performing team as the organization scales; hire, develop, and mentor supply chain professionals
Ensure operational excellence in parts availability, inventory optimization, and timely support for service and collision operations. Drive regional initiatives while maintaining strong alignment and standardization with global Service Supply Chain processes and other regions
Collaborate closely with Service, Collision, Finance, and Global Supply Chain teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and operational efficiency
Identify opportunities for process improvements, technology adoption (including AI/tools where relevant), and cost optimization
What You'll Bring
Significant experience in Supply Chain operations, preferably in automotive, service parts, or high-growth environments
Proven track record growing supply chain operations in South America / LATAM markets, with deep understanding of regional complexities (import/export, customs, local logistics networks, 3PL management). Strong leadership experience managing teams and parts operations in a multi-country or multi-site environment
Hands-on experience owning and optimizing 3PL relationships and performance. Bilingual proficiency (English + Spanish) is highly preferred; Portuguese is a plus
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and scaling environment. Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience
Passion for Tesla’s mission and a bias for action with strong problem-solving skills
