Key Responsibilities
- Partner with regional business and operations teams to drive financial performance, cost efficiency, and margin improvement
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across multiple locations
- Provide actionable insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth
- Lead and develop a regional finance team, building strong capabilities and succession pipeline
- Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and internal controls
- Support capital expenditure planning and investment evaluation
- Manage working capital, cash flow, and overall financial discipline across the region
- Strengthen costing, performance tracking, and variance analysis to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. supply chain, procurement) to identify opportunities and resolve business challenges
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of finance experience, ideally within a multinational environment
- Strong background in operational finance, FP&A, or business partnering
- Experience managing teams and working across multiple countries
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) preferred
