I. Position Overview
The Regional Executive Vice President is one of the highest-ranking business leaders within a specific geographic region, responsible for the region's business strategy, market expansion, operational management, and financial performance.
The core mission of this role is to ensure the successful implementation of the company's global strategy at the regional level and to drive sustainable business growth and enhanced market competitiveness within the region.
II. Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Strategy and Business Planning
Formulate medium- to long-term development strategies and annual operational plans for the regional market.
Set regional business development goals aligned with the company's global strategy.
Analyze regional market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs.
2. Revenue Growth and Market Expansion
Oversee overall regional sales targets and revenue growth.
Drive new client acquisition, market expansion, and industry penetration.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
3. Regional Operations and Performance Management
Oversee operational management for all business units within the region.
Establish and implement regional operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance evaluation systems.
Continuously optimize operational efficiency and resource allocation.
4. Team Leadership and Organizational Development
Lead the regional management team, including sales, operations, marketing, and customer service departments.
Establish an efficient regional organizational structure and management system.
Develop regional management talent and leadership pipelines.
5. Cross-Regional and Headquarters Collaboration
Ensure regional business activities align with headquarters' strategies.
Collaborate with global functional departments to advance product, marketing, and operational initiatives.
Report regional business performance and strategic recommendations to headquarters.
6. Financial and Budget Management
Manage regional budgets, revenue, profit, and cost control.

Ensure regional business operations comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.

III. Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
MBA or a related master’s degree in management is preferred.
Work Experience
18+ years of experience in business management or regional management.
7+ years of senior management experience. Experience in managing cross-regional or international markets is preferred.
