Regional District Manager (Multi-Unit Operations) – Chicagoland

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, high-energy quick service restaurant concept that is scaling quickly and building something special in the Chicagoland market.

This is not a “keep the trains running” role.

This is a hands-on, in-market leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to play a key role in scaling a high-performing region.

The Opportunity

  • Oversee 6–8 locations to start, growing to 12+ in the near term
  • Step into a top-performing market with strong existing teams and momentum
  • Full ownership of P&L, labor, and operational performance
  • High visibility with senior leadership and executive team
  • Clear path for growth as the platform continues to expand

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Lead and develop multi-unit operations across your region
  • Own financial performance (labor, COGs, profitability)
  • Partner closely with location leaders to drive:
  • Execution
  • Accountability
  • Consistency
  • Spend the majority of your time in the field, coaching and supporting teams
  • Ensure a strong balance of:
  • Speed + service + culture
  • Identify performance gaps and implement real-time solutions

Team & Scale

  • Direct oversight of 6–8 location leaders
  • Each location operates with:
  • A dedicated manager + leadership support
  • A high-energy hourly team (flexible, part-time workforce model)
  • Total impact across multiple locations and hundreds of employees

What We’re Looking For

  • Multi-unit leadership experience (QSR, retail, or high-volume hospitality)
  • Strong operator with true P&L ownership
  • Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment
  • Hands-on leader who prefers being in the business vs behind a desk
  • Proven ability to:
  • Develop leaders
  • Drive performance
  • Improve operations at scale
