Daily Responsibilities
Describe a typical ‘day in the life’
The Recruitment Coordinator will mainly be responsible for the coordination of hiring cohort classes for the Advice Centre. Responsibilities will include assisting managers with request set up, coordinating candidate submission with the supplier, entering offers into the VMS, keeping all parties informed of project status.

Beeline (VMS), MS Office Suite
Must-have Skills / Experience / Education
- 1 – 2 years of experience preferably in recruitment or staffing or related work experience
Nice-to-have Skills / Experience / Education
- Staffing Agency experience
- Experience working with Beeline, Fieldglass or another Vendor Management System (VMS)
- Data Analysis experience
- Experience with recruiting / onboarding in a high-volume environment
Soft Skills
Communication skills, consultative approach/mindset, prioritization skills, organization skills, cross-team collaboration, curiosity and taking initiative
Languages
Please describe the level of proficiency required for each language (i.e. written, verbal, etc.)
- Strong English language skills
- French would be a nice to have, but not required
The expected base salary range for this position is $20 – $23 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
