Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate Collection Specialists across the company
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies and recovery plans
- Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections
- Manage escalation procedures for overdue accounts
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients while ensuring compliance with payment terms
- Coordinate with Finance and Receivables teams to ensure accurate reconciliation of payments
- Monitor recovery and reimbursement transactions with insurance companies
- Prepare collection performance reports, aging analyses, and management reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in recovery/collections (insurance preferred)
- Supervisory experience
- Strong communication and analytical skills
