Responsibilities
– Analyze investment opportunities sourced through brokers, investment bankers, and off-market channels.
– Assist with due diligence on property acquisitions to ensure smooth transitions.
– Interface with property managers, contractors, and third-party service providers to implement asset business plans.
– Support special projects including corporate private equity and structured financing.
– Other duties as required.
