We are seeking disciplined proprietary traders with a verified track record of managing risk and producing consistent results.
Selected traders will have the opportunity to trade firm capital remotely under clearly defined risk parameters. This role is designed for experienced traders who value capital preservation, accountability, and repeatable execution over excessive risk-taking.
Candidates will be evaluated through performance verification, interviews, and a controlled trading assessment before receiving a live capital allocation.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute clearly defined trading strategies across approved financial markets.
- Monitor market conditions, economic events, price action, and volatility.
- Follow all firm-established position sizing, daily loss, drawdown, and exposure limits.
- Maintain accurate records of trades, strategy performance, and risk metrics.
- Communicate trading activity, performance, and any material strategy changes clearly.
- Participate in regular performance and risk reviews.
- Protect firm capital by avoiding impulsive trading, excessive leverage, and unauthorized strategies.
- Adjust trading activity when market conditions no longer support the approved strategy.
- Comply with all applicable firm policies, brokerage requirements, and trading restrictions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience trading equities, options, futures, forex, commodities, or other approved markets.
- Verifiable live trading history preferred.
- Strong understanding of risk management, position sizing, and drawdown control.
- Ability to explain a trading strategy clearly and identify when it should not be used.
- Consistent, rules-based decision-making.
- Strong emotional discipline during winning and losing periods.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable submitting broker statements and performance records for verification.
- Reliable communication and professional conduct.

Applicants should be prepared to provide:
- Markets and instruments traded
- Years of live trading experience
- Monthly performance history
- Maximum historical drawdown
- Largest losing day
- Average monthly return
- Typical risk per trade
- Average number of trades per month
- Current broker or trading platform
- Description of their strategy and risk controls
Screenshots alone will not be accepted as proof of performance. Broker-generated statements or independently verifiable trading records are strongly preferred.
Evaluation Process
Qualified candidates may progress through the following stages:
- Application and performance review
- Trading and risk-management interview
- Controlled simulation or evaluation period
- Limited live capital allocation
- Increased allocation based on performance and rule compliance
Capital allocations are not guaranteed and may be reduced or removed following risk-limit violations.
Compensation
This is a remote, performance-based contract opportunity.
Compensation may include a percentage of verified net trading profits, subject to firm risk limits, payout terms, and high-water-mark requirements.
There is no guaranteed salary or guaranteed capital allocation.

Pay: Up to $35,000.00 per year
