岗位职责: 1) Support investment managers, investment assistants with daily routine and related research programs; 支持投资经理、投资助理的日常工作，并协助进行基金、股票、债券等相关投资课题的研究 2) Support operation related work, assist with maintaining various types of data, including net asset values of the underlying products, AUM figures and etc; 支持运营相关工作，协助基金下单、日常数据处理和监控，如整理维护各类产品净值及规模等数据； 3) Support risk management related work, assist with related data processing and monitor, such as monitor market and quantitative indicators, risk events and etc; 支持风控相关工作，协助监控市场指标、量化指标、风险事件等； 4) Assist with the regular updates on sales and roadshow materials; 协助销售、路演材料的更新； 任职要求: 1) Able to work at least 4 days per week for at least 6 months. (Candidate who is able to work at least 4 days per week is preferred); 实习长度可达六个月，每周可出勤四天或以上优先； 2) Full-time undergraduate or master students; 本科或硕士在读，实习时间可保证者优先； 3) Good knowledge of quantitative analysis and programming (i.e. Python or VBA); 有较好的数量分析、编程基础，需掌握Python或VBA等编程语言； 4) Candidate from universities majoring in mathematics, finance or relevant subjects is preferred; 国内外院校数理、金融相关专业优先； 5) Prior investment, research internship experience in securities companies, asset management companies is preferred; 具备券商、基金、私募等机构的投研实习经历优先； 6) Good team player and professional working attitude; 具有良好的团队合作精神和专业的工作态度； 7) Excellent communication skills in both oral and writing, able to express opinions clearly. 具有良好的语言与文字表达能力，善于沟通，能够清晰的表达观点。
