Position: Project Finance NQ-3 pqe TOP INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM
Location: Greater London
This UK headquartered international law firm has a market leading project finance practice, currently advising on some of the most significant project, energy and infrastructure finance transactions in the UK and globally.
The team has seen a period of considerable growth and is now looking to recruit junior and mid-level associates to join them. They are keen to hear from NQs as well and associates with up to 3 pqe, although more senior candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
You will join a large, dynamic team, advising banks, funders, sponsors, developers and financial institutions on a broad range of project finance transactions, across the energy and infrastructure sectors, including renewables, battery storage, transport and some M&A mandates. Associates are given plenty of client exposure and responsibility from early on and the training and development is excellent.
