About this opportunity:

Ericsson is the leading provider of Information and Communication Technology to service providers. Our Tallinn based Customer Project Finance Accounting function is looking for Project Finance Accounting Analysts for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Our ideal candidate comes with previous finance analytics or accounting and financial compliance experience. In this role you will secure accurate project accounting in SAP, monitor and analyse project financials.

This role will provide an opportunity to take ownership of the accounting quality and the analysis of project financials of the unit, collaborate with global as well as internal stakeholders, and provide input for internal and external controls.

This is a 12-month fixed-term full time position based in Ülemiste City, Tallinn, Estonia, with the expectation to work at the office min. 3 days per week.

What you will do:

  • Engage with business partners to acquire accurate and timely input for project set-up
  • Identify project control and performance related risks (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet)
  • Work with deviations and assure corrective actions throughout project lifecycle
  • Secure compliance adherence and work with internal and external auditors
  • Propose and drive improvements in daily activities
  • Interact and liaise with global stakeholders
  • Secure adherence to processes, rules, and regulations

The skills you bring:

  • 2 years of work experience in finance or accounting related area
  • Proven track record of financial decision taking
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance/accounting related field
  • Experience in SAP S4 project finance modules (such as: QTC-M/CSC/PSF-M)
  • Proven global stakeholder management experience
  • MS Office experience
  • Excellent in English language (speaking & writing)
  • Active contribution to a diverse and high-performing team
  • Cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive risk and issue communication style
  • Strong analytics skills with an ability to examine data using logic and reasoning
  • Self-starting attitude with a sense of ownership
