As a Project Accounting Analyst, you will manage all aspects of project and contract financial oversight. This includes timely completion of financial management information, cash flow analysis, and variance reporting. Engagement with Finance, Project Controls, and other teams will be crucial to ensure seamless operations and address potential risks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete monthly financial management reports for teams
• Analyze project cash flow and present findings to stakeholders
• Prepare and submit daily billings to clients
• Resolve procurement and accounts payable issues
• Support monthly closing cycles and performance analysis
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in accounting, preferably in project environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
• Strong Excel skills and excellent communication abilities
• Experience in construction or mining preferred
• Accounting designation is an asset
