Role Description
The Program Manager will oversee, coordinate, and deliver successful programs and initiatives that align with ultra’s mission. This includes planning and executing projects, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and optimizing processes for efficiency. The candidate will also analyze program performance, address key challenges, and work collaboratively to drive improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
Strong project management, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
Experience in operational optimization and process improvement
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership capabilities
Solid understanding of investment products and financial services
Proficient in using project management tools and software
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Experience in the finance or investment industry is an asset
