Banca Generali (), is a leading Italian private bank, specialized in financial planning and client protection, operating through a highly qualified network of private bankers.
To further strengthen its Prodotti Risparmio Gestito Unit, Banca Generali is looking for a Junior Product Specialist.
The Prodotti Risparmio Gestito Unit is responsible for the development, management, and monitoring of the Bank’s investment product offering, including:
* In-house managed funds and discretionary solutions
* Third-party investment funds
* Investment services supporting long-term savings strategies
The ideal candidate will support the team in the analysis and management of asset management products, with a strong focus on market dynamics and product performance.
Main activities include:
* Contributing to market and scenario analysis to support product strategy
* Supporting the development of new investment products, including:
* Managed solutions
* Third-party funds
* In-house managed investment funds
* Supporting the development and monitoring of investment services (e.G. PAC, PIC)
Performing day-to-day product management activities, including:
* Analysis of net flows
* Monitoring of product performance
* Analysis of market penetration and client adoption
* Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or Physics
* At least 5 years of experience in asset management product development, monitoring, or related activities
* Strong knowledge of mutual funds and discretionary portfolio management products
* Fluency in Italian and English Nice to have:
* Solid financial markets background
* Good knowledge of MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
* Knowledge of database query languages is a plus
* Strong enthusiasm and proactive mindset
* Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility from an early stage
* Pragmatic, humble, flexible and hands-on approach
* Strong team spirit and collaborative attitude
* Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Genuine passion for financial markets
