Responsibilities:
- Drive the full user lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, conversion, and retention, by designing and executing product-driven operational strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Data, and Engineering) to translate business objectives into operational plans that support growth, user activity, and revenue targets.
- Build scalable, data-driven processes and frameworks that enable precise and efficient product operations; continuously refine tools and methods to support long-term growth.
- Design and run rapid experiments to validate new growth opportunities, improve product adoption, and enhance user experience through iterative testing and optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with experience in product operations or related roles in the internet/tech industry.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle and user behavior, with proven ability to design and execute operational strategies.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills; able to align stakeholders around shared goals.
- Highly goal-oriented and resilient under pressure, with strong market awareness, creative problem-solving skills, and sensitivity to industry trends.
- Passion for financial services, internet, and AI industries; experience or interest in U.S. stock investment is a plus.
