Role Overview:
Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a unified wealth marketplace (funds, stocks, insurance). Lead partner integrations, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable solutions to enhance user experience and revenue growth.
What you will do:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Maya’s wealth marketplace.
- Integrate third-party services and partners seamlessly into Maya’s platform.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard wealth products with business development teams.
- Design customer value propositions with partners and internal tech teams.
- Manage product requirements, specs, and integration frameworks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Compliance, etc.).
- Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Monitor KPIs (engagement, partner performance, growth) and optimize outcomes.
- Identify new opportunities in wealth management and adjacent industries.
- Represent Maya in partner discussions with thought leadership.
- Stay updated on digital platforms, embedded finance, and ecosystem trends.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s in CS, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years in product management (fintech, e-commerce, wealth management preferred).
- Expertise in B2B/partner integrations (APIs, workflows, GTM enablement).
- Familiarity with mini-app ecosystems (WeChat, Alipay, etc.).
- Proven success in scaling marketplace products.
- Strong stakeholder management (technical, legal, commercial).
- Customer-centric design and mobile-first delivery experience.
- Knowledge of wealth management/digital marketplaces is a plus.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
