Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, productization, and delivery of platform-based, automated IT services across Cloud, Data Centers, Digital Workplace, Managed Networks, and AI platforms.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming traditional infrastructure services into scalable, software-driven offerings using APIs, orchestration, automation, and self-service models, with a strong focus on Generative AI and agentic transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and execute the product roadmap for Platform-Based Services (PBS).
- Align product vision with market trends, customer needs, and AI-led transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive innovative and differentiated offerings.
Productization & Automation
- Transform IT infrastructure services into platformized, API-driven, and automated solutions.
- Build offerings with self-service, orchestration, and service catalogs.
- Design and implement pricing models (subscription, usage-based, outcome-based).
- Drive automation to enhance scalability, efficiency, and service quality.
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Finance teams.
- Act as a product evangelist in customer discussions and engagements.
- Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis.
Go-to-Market & Commercial Strategy
- Lead product launches and enable sales teams with playbooks and positioning.
- Optimize pricing, packaging, and consumption models.
- Influence commercial contracts aligned with AI-driven and automation-led value.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track KPIs such as ARR, adoption, automation ROI, and customer satisfaction.
- Use data insights to continuously refine and enhance products.
Program & Delivery Management
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Ensure delivery adherence to timelines, scope, and quality.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–12 years of experience in Product Management within:
- IT Services / Managed Services
- Cloud / Data Centers / Infrastructure Platforms
- Proven experience in productizing IT services into platform-based offerings.
- Hands-on exposure to AI/GenAI-led product development.
- Strong understanding of:
- Cloud infrastructure & managed services
- Automation & orchestration frameworks
- Platform engineering concepts
- Experience with commercial models (subscription, usage-based, outcome-led pricing).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Business
- MBA or certifications in Product Management, Cloud, or AI (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise IT service providers or MSP environments
- Exposure to Platform-Based Services (PBS) and shared services models
- Experience driving AI/GenAI adoption in infrastructure services
