Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product and Growth Manager with a strong IT background, expertise in UX/UI, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in product or project management, and while knowledge of financial products is a bonus, a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish product priorities and goals.
Product Development & Project Management
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate with development teams to define technical requirements and ensure seamless execution of product features.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
- Use Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage sprints, backlogs, and deliverables.
UX/UI Design Collaboration
- Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-centric interfaces that enhance engagement and usability.
- Ensure consistency and excellence in design through wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
Project Leadership
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of products.
- Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring transparency across all stakeholders.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyze user data and behavior to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Leverage performance metrics to optimize product features and ensure alignment with user needs.
Industry Knowledge & Financial Products (Bonus)
- Gain a deep understanding of financial products and services to effectively address user needs.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.
Skills and Qualities
- Strong expertise in UX/UI design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Solid IT background with knowledge of software development processes and technical architecture.
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Trello.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Chinese proficiency is a plus).
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with a proactive, solution-driven attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in product management, project management, or related roles.
- Background in IT, software development, or a related technical field.
- Experience in managing UX/UI design projects and delivering user-friendly products.
- Understanding of financial products or prior experience in the financial services industry is a bonus.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Design, Business, or a related field.
