Salary Range: $24.00 – $27.50 Hourly
Premium Mortgage Corporation has been providing residential mortgages across New York State and beyond, offering competitive interest rates and a wide variety of loan programs.
All positions operate on a hybrid work schedule with a requirement of 3 days in office.
Job Duties
- Currently (or within the first year of hire) trained and approved to process Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA, Construction END loans, Jumbo, and Portfolio.
- Reviews all documentation necessary for Loan Approval for accuracy, completeness, and tracks all data in origination software (Encompass).
- Quickly and efficiently answers questions from consumers throughout the mortgage process.
- Stays up to date on changing rules and regulations pertaining to Conventional, Government‑insured mortgages, and all other products offered by Premium Mortgage.
- Processes verifications for credit items, including Employment, Asset information, Rental history, Credit reports, etc.
- Works closely with Underwriting and Closing departments to ensure timely processing and quality of loan file flow.
- Review conditions and ensure borrowers provide correct information needed to get their loan cleared to close.
- Training as needed.
Education
- A college degree with two years related experience and/or training, or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
