Private Equity Associate – Healthcare
$125,000-$175,000 Base + Annual Bonus + Carry

We are representing an Associate opportunity with a highly respected private equity firm headquartered in the Greater Philadelphia area. Our client is seeking an investment professional to join its Healthcare team and play an active role across the entire investment lifecycle, including sourcing, underwriting, execution, portfolio management, and exits. Requirements:
- 2-5+ years of experience in private equity or investment banking
- Private equity experience preferred, and investment banking candidates will be considered
- Healthcare sector experience is preferred
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mentality
- Existing ties to the Philadelphia area are strongly preferred
