HAYS Recruitment has partnered with one of New Jersey’s largest and most well-established community association management firms, overseeing a diverse portfolio of communities across the state. Recently acquired, the company now operates as a platform business within a national organization. This acquisition has provided access to significant capital resources, purchasing power, and strategic support, while preserving its existing leadership structure, operational systems, and local autonomy.
Our client manages approximately 60,000 units across 280 communities, including a substantial high-rise division, condominium and townhome communities, and active adult properties throughout New Jersey.
Your new role
As President, you will assume full leadership of the business as part of a planned Founder/President succession. This role carries full P&L responsibility and accountability for driving operational excellence, client retention, and sustainable growth. You will lead the organization’s strategic direction while overseeing day-to-day performance, with direct management of the COO and CFO. This position is based in Morris County, NJ.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the President role, candidates will possess the following:
- 10-15+ years of experience in a senior executive leadership role within the condominium or community association/HOA industry
- Proven success with full P&L ownership and financial accountability
- Strong operational, financial, and people leadership capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth, improve performance, and enhance client satisfaction
