Position Summary
Tequila Centinela — Mexico’s oldest tequila distillery (est. 1904) — is relaunching in the United States with strong commercial momentum. As we expand across key markets, we are hiring a Portfolio Specialist for the Broward, Palm Beach, and Naples areas to lead field execution in one of the most influential spirits markets in the country.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in the field — building distributor relationships, opening key accounts, driving trade activation, and bringing Centinela to life one bar, one shelf, one pour at a time.

Now Hiring: Portfolio Specialist – Broward County & Palm Beach / Naples
We’re looking for an experienced, well-connected Portfolio Specialist to accelerate our growth across
Central Florida.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and grow a portfolio of high-value retailers, bars, restaurants, lounges, hotels, and nightlife accounts
• Secure new placements, menu listings, and cocktail features
• Partner closely with distributor sales teams to execute market plans
• Lead staff trainings, tastings, and brand education sessions
• Execute trade events, activations, and in-market programs
• Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows
• Provide weekly market insights and execution updates
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5+ years experience in On & Off Premise, hospitality, retail, or spirits brands
• Strong existing relationships in the South Florida market
• Experience working with major distributor organizations
• A natural closer — comfortable opening doors and securing placements
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Organized, self-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Spirits or tequila experience is a plus
